offering

plant-based nutrition for active people

About

As an ethical vegan, I specialize in working with those who are also vegan, those who follow a plant-based diet, or those in the process of transition. I do not make recommendations involving animal products. Everyone can benefit from eating more plants!

I practice nuanced, contextual, and individualized nutrition counseling, believing there are multiple approaches to health and wellness. This may look like macro tracking to some and a numbers-free approach to others. I do not work in black or white, preferring a grey area approach to nutrition.

I believe there is space for both weight-neutral goals and intentional weight change.

I practice evidence-based nutrition while holding space and respect for alternative modalities.

Let’s collaboratively work together to improve your athletic performance, diversify your food choices, stabilize your daily energy, improve your lab values, and support your overall wellbeing as a human.
